This is an evaluation which analyzes nutrient deficiencies based on symptomology. It evaluates 28 different areas including vitamins, minerals, body systems, candida, and parasites, and fat utilization indicating which areas need improvement and produces a summary page. There are 148 questions on the survey and answering them generally takes 10 to 15 minutes.
This extensive test and questionaire will enable Dr. Williams to recommend an Individualized Supplemental Program, including natural dietary enhancements
